New Watch Straps - June 2022

Discover our new straps, custom-made in our Parisian workshop, adapted to the dimensions of your watch and your wrist.

Among these straps, the eco-responsible alligator is part of an anti-waste approach. Leathers that were once discarded are now utilized thanks to the cutting skills of our artisans.

BUT WHY AN ECO-RESPONSIBLE ALLIGATOR?

It's impossible to think that farms only produce very beautiful skins. Animals are living and therefore lead eventful lives. Alligators are particularly belligerent. The animal's skin is therefore sometimes damaged, discarded by the leather industry, and ultimately... thrown away. The animal was thus raised and killed for nothing.

Alligator farmers and tanners have been made aware of eco-responsible farming and reducing the carbon footprint of their activity as much as possible for about ten years.

IT IS OUT OF THE QUESTION NOT TO COMMERCIALIZE LOWER QUALITY SKINS ANYMORE.

To reduce the carbon impact of tanneries and farms, 100% of leathers must be used, by offering cheaper products but using all of the skins.

And Atelier du Bracelet Parisien is proud to have partnered with a major tannery to offer you, in black only, the first eco-responsible alligator straps.

For purists of detail, rest assured, the quality of your ABP Concept strap remains unchanged. We just have to make our cuts by avoiding the defects from the animal's life (tooth marks, claw marks...).
