For custom leather watch strap orders:
You will receive an email with your parcel tracking link approximately 15 days after placing your order. (excluding summer or peak seasons)

For all other types of products (leather goods):
You will receive an email with your parcel tracking link 3 to 10 days after placing your order.

For delivery to the U.S.A:
You may incur customs fees upon delivery of leather products such as alligator, crocodile, lizard, ostrich, or python due to specific customs regulations on leather imports. In addition, a maximum limit of 7 imported straps is now imposed by the American administration. An import permit will therefore be required for orders of more than 7 straps.

For delivery to Thailand:
Please provide your passport number in the comments to facilitate delivery.

For delivery to Brazil:
Please provide your tax ID number to facilitate delivery.

For delivery to Indonesia:
Please provide your tax ID number or your company's VAT number to facilitate delivery.
